We use a medical grade laser and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) system the Lynton Lumina®. The advantage of using an IPL is that it enables us to treat a wider range of skin types, from very fair skin to darker skin tones. It is our belief that the Lynton Lumina® provides the very best balance available today of clinical results, speed of treatment and client comfort.

Laser hair removal

Unwanted hair has been problematic for people for centuries. Up until about 15 years ago methods for removing hair had not advanced since the Ancient Egyptians who invented sugaring. Shaving, waxing, sugaring and threading are all temporary methods for hair removal. Laser hair removal offers a permanent solutions to unwanted hair. At Laser Skin Solutions we have a choice of Laser and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) systems. You will be treated with whichever system is most appropriate for you, not because it is the only one we have.

Thread vein removal


Thread veins, otherwise known as red veins, broken capillaries or spider veins, are all vascular lesions which are easily treated with laser or IPL. At Laser Skin Solutions we have a choice of laser or IPL meaning we can treat all types of vascular lesions both on the face and body.

Pigmentation


Most people will experience some form of pigment discolouration on their skin at some point in their lives in the form of sun, age or liver spots, or a hormonal type of pigmentation called melasma (or chloasma). It is extremely important to know the difference when pigmentation as using the wrong laser could make the condition worse. At Laser Skin Solutions we have both an Nd:Yag laser, and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) system, and a fraxellated laser, meaning we can treat all types of pigment.
