Will I experience any ‘downtime’?
No. Definitely not. A lot of clients ask me this. People have visions of their skin peeling off and having to take time off work. This is not the case. Possible side effects include redness which could last a few hours and in rare cases can last up to 48 hours. Whilst clients at Laser Skin Solutions are always advised of this rare possibility, in reality, any redness which appears once the glycolic acid is applied, soon subsides once the cooling and hydrating mask is applied. Clients leave the clinic feeling refreshed and radiant.
