Is a non-invasive treatment that harnesses the rejuvenating benefits of light therapy whilst avoiding the adverse effects associated with sunlight. Using blue, red and near-infrared light, Dermalux can be used to treat a whole range of common skin concerns including wrinkles, acne and uneven pigmentation.
We normally link light exposure with the aging of the skin and damaging the skin, but if you use the light in the right way with the correct wavelength it can have many positives. It produces vitamin D but also it provides energy and serotonin, this is our hormones that make us feel good. The skin has the ability to light which speeds up our repair processes. Deramlux treatment uses the correct wavelengths to energies and recharge cells to heal faster and rejuvenate quickly.
Red light penetrates deep into the skin improving tone, reducing lines and promoting the production of collagen and elastin
Blue light is antibacterial so destroys p. acne bacteria and is excellent for preventing further breakouts
Near-infrared light has anti-inflammatory properties and assists skin healing. This wavelength is clinically proven to reduce hyperpigmentation and can help treat conditions such as acne and rosacea

How does LED Phototherapy work?
As we get older so does our skin and the ability to repair itself. Our skin absorbs light and uses it as a source of energy to natural cell processes which can greatly improve the condition of your skin, wounds or trauma.
How safe is the treatment?
Dermalux treatment is one of the safest treatments to all skin types as it doesn't apply heat or chemicals and the light doesn't contain harmful UV wavelengths.
Is Dermalux™ safe for darker skin types?
Yes. Dermalux can be used safely to treat all skin types, from skin type I (white) on the Fitzpatrick scale to skin types VI (black)
How many treatments are needed?
This will vary depending on the age, skin type and condition. With LED phototherapy the results are cumulative and improvement will continue even after the treatment has stopped. Treatments taken in quick succession will achieve optimum results and maintenance treatments may also be recommended.
Will the results be seen straight away?
Yes. The effects are immediate. Dermalux™ instantly awakens a dull and tired piece of skin. After just one treatment skin is amazingly hydrated, plump and radiant and redness and irritation is calmed. For skin conditions like acne, eczema or rosacea, a course of treatment is recommended for corrective and lasting improvement in the appearance and health of the skin.
