“Impressive Results and Impressive Service I decided a couple of years ago to get the hair on my stomach, back and bikini line removed. I looked for a local business and was recommended a different system to either laser or IPL. After 10 sessions I realised that nothing had improved. I then went to a laser clinic in Hampshire. The practitioner said they would treat me aggressively and certainly did! I suffered bad burns in a very delicate area. Their subsequent treatment advice was poor to say the least (put aloe vera on weeping blisters which I rightly ignored) and they really did not want to know.

After 2 months reflection, I decided to find a laser clinic in Bournemouth and approached Kerry. Unsurprisingly, there was a large amount of doubt in my mind about both the process and the practitioners. I had made my mind up that, if the initial consultation was not satisfactory, I would abandon the whole idea.

What a difference! Kerry was the only one who checked the side effects of the allergy tablets I take. This was important as one of them causes photo-sensitivity. By the end of the consultation I wanted to go ahead with laser hair removal treatment. The level of professionalism, skill and realism about the results was highly impressive. I have a 2 hour drive each way for a session but it has been well worthwhile. After 6 sessions of laser hair removal there has been virtually total removal including all the fine hairs

To sum up: I wish I had gone to Kerry first and can’t recommend her and Carlie enough.”
